What Is Not Allowed
Submissions will be rejected if they include:
- Work that is not your own
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content
- AI-generated images presented as original drawings (unless clearly stated and conceptually relevant)
- Low-quality uploads (blurry, poorly lit, or heavily compressed images)
- Watermarks, logos, or promotional overlays
Image Requirements
To ensure consistency across the gallery:
- Upload a clear, well-lit image of your work
- Maintain correct orientation (portrait/landscape)
- Avoid extreme cropping that cuts off the artwork
- Use a high-resolution file where possible
Your image will be automatically resized and optimised for display.
Submission Process
- Submit your artwork using the submission form
- Your work will appear in My Submissions with a status
- Each submission is reviewed by a moderator before publication
Submission Statuses
- Pending review – awaiting moderation
- Needs changes – requires edits before approval
- Approved – published in the gallery
- Rejected – not accepted for publication
Editing Your Submission
- You can edit your submission while it is Pending or marked Needs changes
- Once approved, edits may require re-review
- If changes are requested, please update your work promptly
